Can I pick up my order locally?
Local pickup is available. Please select "pickup" at check out and we will text or email you pick-up instructions.
Package Shipping and Delivery:
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do!!! International customer are responsible for their own shipping charges.
How long does it take to get my package?
You will receive your package within 5 working days of order confirmation. We do not work on holidays or Sundays.
My package arrived with a defect/missing items
If your purchase is in any way damaged or doesn’t contain all the items ordered, reach out to us immediately at 806-803-0717 Please note that we only accept claims within 15 days after order fulfillment date.
My package is missing/was stolen
We use a third party to ship the packages (UPS and USPS). As such, the liability shifts to your shipping company of choice, and we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will, however, assist you the best we can to help find your package. If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it yet, you can visit your local post office or file a claim with UPS or USPS.
You should have someone receive the package or at least organize safe storage for your package to avoid losing it to thieves.
NOTE that we may not be in a position to assist with stolen packages if they are reported more than 10 days after the delivery date. Be sure to confirm that you have typed the correct address to avoid the aforementioned situation.
Can you reship my package for free?
If you did not put the right address or did not pick up the order with signature confirmation at the local post office and re-shipping was necessary, it will cost you a reshipping fee. Note that we hire the services of a shipping company to do the deliveries, and they cannot refund the costs of the initial shipping.
We have had numerous orders returned for these two reasons, and it has become increasingly expensive to bear the costs of double shipping for one order. As such, it is now our policy to charge a minimal reshipping fee.
We also encourage you to double-check the address before finalizing the order to avoid extra costs.
Returns and Exchanges:
Do you accept returns or exchanges for purchased items?
We allow returns if requested within 15 days of order fulfillment date. We accept returns for store credit and no exchanges. The policy covers the items that are eligible for returns/exchange, how to go about it, when to do it, and the acceptable condition of the items being returned/exchanged. All "on sale" merchandise and bodysuits are FINAL sale, no returns, no exchanges. Our return policy is tight because of people who abuse return policies, we apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.

My item got damaged after the first wash!
We highly recommend that you read and follow the washing instructions that are contained in the label that comes with the item. Please note that items once worn and/or washed cannot be accepted for return or exchange. Therefore, keenly inspect the item before you wear it.
I am yet to receive my credits after a return
You should get your store credit within a few days of us receiving the returned package. However, if you do not get the credits within a few days, kindly reach to us on 806-803-0717 so that we can expedite the process.
