Refund Policy

We allow returns if done within 14 days after the delivery date. We accept returns for store credit and no exchanges.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you  instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items: 

  • All innerwear, including bodysuits, are not accepted for hygiene purposes
  • All items that were purchased on a 20% discount, flash sale, or clearance sale
  • All items that have been worn, altered, washed, stained, or destroyed in any way
  • All items with deodorant smell or marks, makeup, and any other stain


Eligibility for Return:

  1. The items must be in a re-sellable condition – they must not have any odors, stains, or blemishes. They must be in their original condition
  2. The items must be returned to us within ten days from the delivery date stated on the tracking information. Items returned after the 14-day window elapses are not eligible for exchange or return.
  3. We accept returns for store credit ONLY and no exchanges. Instead of an exchange, a code will be issued that can then be used to re-order the item you wanted to exchange for.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want, is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item using the store credit you get from your return.
