      10 Day return is inconvenient and employee is slightly unprofessional.

      The staff is very sweet and welcoming, but the 10 Dah return is incredibly inconvenient due to some people do not have the time. I work night shifts every day. The only days I have off, are for sleeping. I didn’t even get to wear the clothes I purchased because of my job. I struggle to make ends meet, and I missed the 10 day deadline to return the clothes by a day. It was the only day I had off in weeks, and I had just gotten a chance to rerun them. It was just a day. The woman whom of I which tried to help me, said her manager would have “ripped her head off if she made the return a day late.” I understand she doesn’t make the policies, but I do believe that I could’ve been help considering the circumstance, and how I didn’t even get to wear anything. The tags were still attached with the receipt, and nothing was damaged. They were still in perfect shape of which I bought them in. I think maybe the return period could be extended a little longer. Even by a few days. Not everyone has the same situation or 24 hours in a day.
